All the delicious semi-sweet chocolate and pure vanilla flavors of the classic chocolate chip cookie in a crunchy (but not too crunchy!) twice-baked biscotti. In my early biscotti baking/ recipe testing days my kids would come in from sledding to freshly baked chocolate chip biscotti to dunk in their hot chocolate.
